Wow! Today I received the 2 hour spa package which included a full body massage, scrub, foot massage, mini facial and the most amazing head massage. The therapist (who was lovely) arrived at my hotel on time and created a day spa in my room. It was so nice to enjoy it in the comfort of the hotel and I can't recommend Ripple's Massage and Day Spa service enough.
The girls called letting us know that they were going to be about 15 mins late to our couple massage. One of the girls had left some of her equipment at home so we had to wait one by one to get some things done -foot soak & face mask. The girls were very new and seemed confused about the whole day. Kept asking us what we wanted- even though we had already booked a certain package. It was very rushed and finished before it was meant too. We still had oil covering our bodys when they left. My partner started his massage before mine; but yet i finished mine first. Not sure how that works out when we spent the same amount of money. After using them today, we wont be using this company again, nor will we be telling our friends and family about them. However, the girls were lovely that why we given them two stars.
