We went here as we saw an interesting dessert picture on some reviews, but personally wouldnt go back again. Service was friendly and attentive but we asked for the aioli on the side and not on the burger because neither myself or partner like it. Ended up in the burger (smeared inside on the top and bottom) as well as on the side. So obviously a miscommunication but really annoying and messy to scrape off. We also had the fish and chips, came with a soggy limp side salad I wanted to eat but couldnt, we didnt like the texture or taste of the fish however it was battered nicely and the chips were good! If youre in the area and need food go for it, I think we just didnt have a good food experience here.
Great coffee. Yummy milkshake and very tasty banana bread. A lot of stairs from the back parking lot to the cafe, but there is a lift for those that need it.
I make the trip up from the Gold Coast for their Pork Belly!! Yummmm I love the drive, the pricing is unbelievable! How they do it I don't know but, the food is matched by the service, something that's hard to find. I LOVE DRIFT!!!
This place was great. Food was a little different from the norm but that can be a good thing. Everything was really well priced and the staff were all really friendly. A great spot for breakfast coffee, brunch, lunch or dinner. Licenced bar also offers a good selection of beer, wine and spirits.
Drift was a wonderful surprise! Isabella, our waitress, was attentive and engaging. The chef went above and beyond to prepare a delicious vegan meal that I highly recommend. It's so heartwarming to find people who include instead of exclude and I'd love to show my deep appreciation for their willingness to accommodate me. Thank you so much for your generous attitude.
