Every year we come here for the sunset dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Before I cover all the obvious things I want to point out that it's biggest strength is the ambiance, not just the view(Which is amazing in it's self) but at night the lighting and music in the restaurant is beautiful, intimate and romantic. Now on the the regular stuff, the owners are wonderful, the food choice is varied and the taste is all so good (esp the desserts). Pro Tip: look up the sunset time on Google and book your table 1 hour before that time(Just not the one outside in the front corner because that's ours :P). Highly recommend!
Service =2Tables - nice settings but no one thought to check if they didnt rock around on daily setup1 x waitress for 20 people service....felt sorry for her. She did her best.Food - 2/3Kitchen very slow.Entree took 30 minutes - 5 absolutely tiny samosawith chutneyMain another Ordered Bolognase with Fetturcini ... came back... not available... didnt have enough mince....on a Sunday lunchtime??? Kidding surely....Drinks - wife / Coke Zero - 1 x 300ml glass - no ice... not even leftover from can??? Who got the rest???Toilets = -10 ... Absolutely filthyCould never recommend to anyone sorry
Dissapointed. Lamb shank wasn't edible, vegetables under cooked and mash potatoes tasted like a packet mash. Unfortunately I couldn't eat my meal and with not much variety for drinks I only had water.Lady staff member was friendly, male staff member only spoke to my male company which I found uncomfortable.I wouldn't recommend.
With the reviews I read I was expecting a nice meal for myself and my wife. Sadly not to be, Cold hard vegetables, a steak that I could hardly eat, as there was that much fat through it. Total waste of money , and a ruined night out.
This place was amazing!! View was absolutely beautiful and food was even better! The service was impeccable and the couple that own the restaurant couldn't do more to help! Had such a lovely experience here and would recommend it to everyone
