It's fresh. It's healthy. It's delicious. Mostly vegen/vegetarian products.Plenty of parking. Located off Main street. Locally owned and products.Awesome little place.

Had a prepared meal. It was delicious and we'll priced but a little watery for a vegetarian lasagna.

It's a nice friendly shop with fresh fruit, prepared salads and health foods. Shame the Green smoothie was warm on a hot day.
