Frog hollow and Glow worm caves. Set up to educate in such a vibrant and fun way. Staff have depth of knowledge and ability to communicate it to suit all ages and levels. Cafe, souvenirs and beautiful setting. Along with the cellars and gives us an afternoon of bliss...
I was curious to see the glow worms and was not sure if it was worth it. If you get a chance to go I would recommend it as it's a rare experience that you will probably only find once in Australia. The tour also covers a few other funky insects and animals. There is a small frog roof but the signage is not clear how to walk to it. It's on the way to the glow worm tour, you actually pass the entrance and go left. A more clear sign might help customers.
An awesome place to visit, a nice scenic drive there with many other places around make this an easy decision for a 5 star. The tour was a perfect length which gives you enough time for other stuff around for the day, the tour itself is very informative and our guide (Dana) was extremely good. She made it effortless, informative, funny and kept things moving along and she seemed like she was having a good time given the probably countless times she's run the tour. The glow worms itself were cool and some very surprising information on them made them even cooler. Adults and Kids will love it all the same and there is a nice restaurant to eat at after if you so please that had an in depth menu. Much props as well for them for doing a quick coffee for me even though they were closing, helped immensely.Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
Great experience, nice staff and enthusiastic tour guide. We arrived early, just after they opened at 10am and didn't have long to wait for a tour. We enjoyed coffee and snacks while waiting and did a tour of Frog Hollow which was interesting and informative. Would recommend the tour for everyone, super impressed that it is all wheelchair accessible, but prams cannot go on tour. Look to spend 1.5 hours max, cafe, winery, and toilets available.
Pretty cool glow worm cave. Very short and sweet though. Had something from the Cafe before or Tour started. Very friendly service. Kids would definitely love it and remember it. Price for Cave Tour isn't too bad.
