The long awaited rain arrived when we were celebrating our wedding anniversary at Cedar Creek Lodges. We booked one of their luxury Creek Lodges and there could be no better place to be, when it is raining. These cottages are right next to Cedar Creek, which is so naturally beautiful. I can highly recommend this place if you are looking for something that is special. The dcor and the cleanliness in the lodges is well done. Loved the buffet breakfast as well. Also the king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
Held my Mums 60th in the Miners Lantern Lounge with guests staying in the Lodges. Great communication during planning/quote stage, very accomodating to all requests. Fantastic service and support on the night, the staff dedicated to the event were incredibly friendly and considerate. All meals - buffet breakfasts and buffet dinner - were lovely and had positive feedback from guest group.Thank you for making the weekend memorable.
Nice rooms. Walls are a little thin as we could hear the room next door, but bathroom was spacious and beds were large and comfortable
Arrived for a family wedding. We booked a private bunk house but there were issues so we ended up in the public bunk houses...would not recommend for a family, with drunken parties keeping us up all night. However the next morning the staff went above the call of duty and updated us to a new room with no extra cost! Amazing customer service.
I expected a lot more with the price paid for this hotel. The rooms have been decorated nicely, but it is just a cover for an old room. Part of the walls were coming apart in the bathroom and the carpet is a bit a dirty. The walls are also paper thin, to the point that you can hear your neighbours full conversations. However, the staff, activities and buffet breakfast were all lovely.
